Steve de Boer is an engineering leader turned procurement and supply chain practitioner. With 25+ years of diverse experience he has driven significant impact across pharmaceutical equipment, consumer packaging and industrial automation — leading new product industrialization, strategic sourcing initiatives and high-performance teams.
He started Orkha after seeing how much value stays locked inside small and mid-sized manufacturers — cost hiding in spend, and design knowledge trapped in a few heads. Orkha brings the structured, proven methods of global industry leaders to equipment, machine and automation manufacturers, without the overhead — and leaves the capability behind when the work is done.
